植烟土壤中吡嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺残留量的同时检测与分析

摘    要:为了同时测定植烟土壤中残留的吡嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺,采用高效液相色谱分析法进行了相关研究,结果表明:当添加浓度为0.05~1.00 mg/kg时,吡嘧磺隆在植烟土壤中的平均回收率为84.00%~95.32%,相对标准偏差为1.39%~1.55%;苯噻酰草胺在植烟土壤中的平均回收率为84.47%~98.53%,相对标准偏差为0.85%~3.50%;吡嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺的最小检出量为:1.0×10-9g,吡嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺在植烟土壤中的最小检出浓度为:2.5×10-2mg/kg。该方法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,具有较好的准确度和精确度,可用于吡嘧磺隆和苯噻酰草胺的残留检测分析。

Abstract:In order to simultaneous determination of pyrazosulfuron and mefenacet residues in tobacco planting soil,the HPLC analysis method was taken to conduct correlation research.The results indicated that when adding content of pyrazosulfuron was 0.05~1.00 mg/kg,the average recoveries of pyrazosulfuron in tobacco planting soil was 84.00%~95.32% and the corresponding relative standard deviation was 1.39%~1.55%;when the adding content of mefenacet was 0.05~1.00 mg/kg,the average recoveries of mefenacet in tobacco planting soil was 84.47%~98.53% and the corresponding relative standard deviation was 0.85%~3.50%.In selected conditions,the minimum detectable amount for pyrazosulfuron and mefenacet were all 1.0×10-9 g,and the minimum detectable concentration for pyrazosulfuron and mefenacet were all 1.25×10-2 mg/kg.Therefore,this method can be used for detection and analysis of pyrazosulfuron and mefenacet residues for it is quick,sensitive and good in reproducibility and precision.
