摘    要:应用紫外诱变和含药培养基诱导相结合的方法,获得了一株对三唑类杀菌剂有较好耐药性的哈茨木霉突变体TUV-13.分别测定该突变体继代培养的5代,10代和20代对腈菌唑耐受能力和对病原菌的拮抗性,结果表明:该突变体的抗药性可以稳定遗传,且对病原菌的拮抗性也未丧失.同时,应用RAPD分子技术分析了不同世代菌株间的相似性.

Abstract:Using combined method of UV-induced mutage nesis and fungicide-containing medium to obtain a Trichoderma harzianum mutant TUV-13 with strong resistance to triazole fungicide.The resistant ability and the antagonistic ability of subcultural 5th generation.10th generation and 20th generation of TUV-13 to myclobutanil and pathogen were determined respectively.The results showed that the fungicide resistance of TUV-13 could be stably inherited,and the antagonistic ability to pathogen had not Iost.Then,the similarity among different generation strains was analyzed by RAPD molecular technology.
