广东银杏产业发展的思考

广东粤北山区有种植银杏的历史，南雄市是广东目前唯一的产区，而且南雄白果享誉港澳和东南亚地区全省银杏种植和加工利用开始走上产业化发展的轨道种植规模达２５０万株，有２家大型制药企业开发银杏叶片剂市场，２家食品饮料厂生产银杏叶口服液面市，还有２家银杏茶叶厂投产针对起步中的广东银杏产业存在的资源不清、生产技术落后，综合利用研究滞后等问题，必须强化政府宏观调控、重视品种资源研究、加强白果深加工和综合利用开发银杏叶

SUGGESTION ON GINKGO INDUSTRY IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE

In Guangdong Province, Ginkgo was mainly planted in the mountain area in north Guangdong, centred in Nanxiong City. There are 2.5 million Ginkgo plants in the province, 2 medicine plants manufacturing drugs from Ginkgo leaves, a bererage plant producing oral drink from Ginkgo leaves, and 2 Ginkgo herb tea plants. According to the problems affecting the Ginkgo industry, the author suggested that the industrial planninng must be strenthened by local governments, the research on germplasm resources should be enhanced, the comprehensive processing on primary products and multiple usage on Ginkgo leaves were to be reinforced.
