国产盐酸沙拉沙星对大鼠的亚慢性毒性研究

将盐酸沙拉沙星以每千克体重218.8mg,109.4mg,21.8mg（相当于每千克体重用沙拉沙星碱200mg,100mg,20mg)剂量连续给大鼠灌胃4周，停药恢复1周。结果：给药期和恢复期末，动物的一般体征正常，除大剂量组盲肠增重外，体重，饲料利用率，血液细胞学和血液生生物化学主要指标及其它中重要脏器系数等测定值均在正常值范围内，剖检及组织学观察均未见明显的病理性变化。结果表明，盐酸沙拉沙星毒性小，安全范围大，临床推荐剂量是安全的。

Study on Subchronic Toxicity of Sarafloxacin Hydrochloride in Rats

The wistar rats were used to study the sub-chronic toxicity of sarafloxacin hydrochloride. The drug was given to 4 groups of animal at levels of 218. 8 mg/kg, 109. 4 mg/kg , 21. 8 mg/kg (equal to 200 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg , 20 mg/kg of sarafloxacin) and 0 by oral administration for 4 weeks respectively, and recover one week after stopping administration. At the end of administration and convales cence, no significant differences were observed on the test groups of sarafloxacin hydrochloride compared with control group. Body weight, utility ratio of feed, hematology, hemo-biochemieal and coefficients of viscera were increased, except for coefficient of cecum, and all values were in normal. At the time of a-natomy and histological observation, no obvious pathological changes were observed in internal organs. The results showed that toxicity of sarafloxacin hydrochloride is slight, safty range is wide and clinical dosage of recommendation is safe.
