教师观念的更新与角色转换

Benewing the concept and transferring the role of teacher

The teacher is the key factor in implementing education.With the reform of basic educational curriculums,the teachers are required to keep up with social development,change their educational concepts and change their roles as soon as possible.They should help promote students' development instead of passing on knowledge only,creating curriculums instead of merely using them and establishing a partnership with the students on the basis of teaching and learning.Also,they should be a researcher instead of a practitioner in teaching.Only doing so,the teacher can play their important role in the new reform of education,finish the historical mission as a teacher and promote the progress of the education,so our country would be more and more prosperous.
