教师观念的更新与角色转换

摘    要:教师是实施教育的关键因素,尤其是基础教育课程改革的实施,教师要顺应时代发展的要求,更新教育观念,及时进行角色转换。从单纯的知识的传授者转变为学生发展的促进者;由教材的使用者转变为课程的开发者;由学生学习的指导者转变为教与学的合作者;由教育教学的实践者转变为教育教学的研究者。只有这样,教师才能在新课程的实施中发挥应有的功能,才能推动教育事业的进步,完成教师角色的历史使命,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

Abstract:The teacher is the key factor in implementing education.With the reform of basic educational curriculums,the teachers are required to keep up with social development,change their educational concepts and change their roles as soon as possible.They should help promote students' development instead of passing on knowledge only,creating curriculums instead of merely using them and establishing a partnership with the students on the basis of teaching and learning.Also,they should be a researcher instead of a practitioner in teaching.Only doing so,the teacher can play their important role in the new reform of education,finish the historical mission as a teacher and promote the progress of the education,so our country would be more and more prosperous.
