秋水仙素处理甘草种子诱导多倍体的研究

摘    要:用秋水仙素处理萌动的甘草种子,分别采用浓度为0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%、0.50%和12h、24h、48h、72h四个时间段处理。通过形态学和细胞学比较发现:这种处理可产生变异植株,变异植株是四倍体的嵌合体。处理结果显示:秋水仙素处理萌动的甘草种子,浓度为0.20%处理时间为24h时效果最好,诱导率达3.33%。

Abstract:Germinating seeds of Glycyrrhiaz uralensis were treated with colchicines solutions by 0.05%,0.10%, 0.20%,0.30%,0.50%for 12h,24h,48h,72h.The observed was that compared with normal plants on metrology and cytology,and it had mutant plants through this ways.Contains chimera of Tetraploid in the mutant plants.The results showed that the best effect was germinating seeds of Glycyrrhiaz uralensis treated with by 0.20%colchicines solution for 24h and the rate of induction was 3.33%.
