| Abstract: | Grape planting areas of Ming Dynasty in China based on the further expansion of Yuan Dynasty nationwide grown.However,in some regions,where had been planting grape and making wine in the Yuan Dynasty,the development of grape cultivation has come down.There are two possible reasons: First,the war during the late Yuan Dynasty interrupted the development of viticulture.Second,Ming Dynasty rulers are no longer as interested as Mongol nobles in grape growing especially in winemaking.Grape planting and processing... |
