黄皮叶甲醇提取物对油菜光活化化感活性的研究

摘    要:用黄皮叶的甲醇提取物处理油菜种子,结果表明,光照与非光照条件下对油菜的生长均有一定的抑制作用。甲醇提取物浓度为4 mg/mL时,经紫外灯(波长365 nm,功率为60 W)照射3 h后培养4天,对油菜苗的根长、茎长和鲜重的抑制率分别为99.17%、99.20%、72.42%,高于非光照组的97.18%、82.07%、69.35%。毒力测定结果表明,粗提物对根长抑制率的IC50值光照组为0.44 mg/mL、非光照组为0.48 mg/mL;对茎长抑制率的IC50值光照组为0.99 mg/mL、非光照组为1.44 mg/mL,对幼苗鲜重抑制率的IC50值光照组为1.48 mg/mL、非光照组为1.51 mg/mL,且相关系数均达到0.90以上。并对黄皮叶甲醇提取物进行了初步分离,生测结果表明,乙酸乙酯层活性较好,浓度为2 mg/mL时对根长的抑制率可以达到100%。

Abstract:The results showed that the methanol extract from Clausena lansium was very effective against the growth of the Brassica campestris under light and non-light.At the concentration of 4 mg/mL,the inhibition to root,shoot and wet weigh were 99.17%,99.20%,72.42% respectively after lighting 3 h,which was higher than the non-light97.18%,82.07%,69.35%.Results of toxicology showed that the IC_(50) were 0.44 mg/mL under light and 0.48 mg/mL under non-light respectively;the IC_(50) to shoot was 0.99 mg/mL under light and 1.44 mg/mL under non-light;the IC_(50) to wet weigh was 1.48 mg/mL under light and 1.51 mg/mL under non-light;and the correlation coefficient was all above 0.90.Preliminaryly seperated the extract and the results indicated that the extract of ethyl acetate was the best.
