| 摘 要： | 天津农业发展的战略定位是发展沿海都市型现代农业,争取在全国率先基本实现农业现代化.天津沿海都市型农业具有区位优越性、产业融合性、功能多样性、要素集约性、发展可持续性、高度开放性、生态保护性等特点;具有强化经济功能、完善安全环保生态功能、突出辐射带动功能、拓展社会文化服务功能;重点包括种源农业、绿色生态农业、设施农业、加工农业、海洋农业、口岸农业和休闲观光农业.
