| 摘 要： | 高二尖杉酯碱(HHT)是重要的抗自血病药物,主要从珍稀濒危三尖杉属植物中提取.从贵州蓖子三尖杉中分离培养出20株菌落形态和显微结构有明显差异的菌株,经HPLC分析各菌株的发酵提取物,初步证明菌株gyzy-6能够生产高三尖杉酯碱.gyzy-6菌株ITS序列的系统发育分析结果表明gyzy-6为裂褶菌属真菌.

| Abstract: | Homoharringtonine is very important for leucocythemia therapy and is extracted mainly from rare or endangered plants belonging to cephalotaxus.Twenty strains with various morphological structures were isolated from Cephalotaxus oliveri Mast,in which strain of gyzy-6 could produce homoharringtonine testified by HPLC analyzing the extracts from fermentation broth and were grouped into Schizophyllum sp.based on the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequencing analysis. |
