| 摘 要： | 农业环境样品(土壤、植物、水产品、水体、底泥等)中三聚氰胺含量较低,且基体成分复杂,故样品前处理是三聚氰胺检测中不可缺的步骤,而色谱和色谱-质谱联用是目前普遍采用的三聚氰胺分析方法.从农业环境样品中三聚氰胺检测的前处理方法(酸碱提取、有机溶剂提取、固相萃取等)和分离检测技术(高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法等)两方面进行综述,并展望其发展方向.
