农业环境样品中三聚氰胺检测技术

摘    要:农业环境样品(土壤、植物、水产品、水体、底泥等)中三聚氰胺含量较低,且基体成分复杂,故样品前处理是三聚氰胺检测中不可缺的步骤,而色谱和色谱-质谱联用是目前普遍采用的三聚氰胺分析方法.从农业环境样品中三聚氰胺检测的前处理方法(酸碱提取、有机溶剂提取、固相萃取等)和分离检测技术(高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法、液相色谱-质谱法等)两方面进行综述,并展望其发展方向.

Abstract:In the analysis of melamine in various agricultural environmental samples (soil, vegetable, fish, water, sediment, etc), a suitable samplepretreatmentprocedureisnecessaryduetoitslowcontentandthecomplexmatrixcomposition,whilechromatographyandchromatography - mass spectrometry are currently widely used techniques for melamine detection . This paper summarized the recent development of detection techniques for melamine in agricultural environmental samples, focused on sample pretreatment approaches including acid and alkali extraction,organicsolventextractionandsolidphaseextraction,andanalyticalmethodsincludingHPLC,GC-MSandHPLC-MS
