高效液相色谱法检测稻田水体中苄嘧磺隆与甲磺隆及乙草胺残留量

摘    要:为快速准确检测稻田水体中苄嘧磺隆、甲磺隆、乙草胺的残留量,样本采用液—液分配提取,用高效液相色谱法在同一色谱柱上分离后进入紫外检测器检测,苄嘧磺隆、甲磺隆、乙草胺平均回收率分别为90.1%-96.5%,89.3%~92.3%和89.1%-95.4%,标准偏差分别为8.3%,9.9%,5.1%,线性相关系数分别为0.986,0.993,0.996。

Abstract:The procedure including extraction with liquid to liquid distribution and determination by HPLC with UV was described.The recoveries of bensulfuron-methly,metsulfuron-methyl and acetochlor were 90.1%~96.5%,89.3%~92.3% and 89.1%~95.4%.The coefficients of variation were 8.3%,9.9%,5.1%.The linear correlation were 0.986,0.993, 0.996,respectively.
