| 摘 要： | 为快速准确检测稻田水体中苄嘧磺隆、甲磺隆、乙草胺的残留量，样本采用液—液分配提取，用高效液相色谱法在同一色谱柱上分离后进入紫外检测器检测，苄嘧磺隆、甲磺隆、乙草胺平均回收率分别为90．1％-96．5％，89．3％～92．3％和89．1％-95．4％，标准偏差分别为8．3％，9．9％，5．1％，线性相关系数分别为0．986，0．993，0．996。

| Abstract: | The procedure including extraction with liquid to liquid distribution and determination by HPLC with UV was described.The recoveries of bensulfuron-methly,metsulfuron-methyl and acetochlor were 90.1%~96.5%,89.3%~92.3% and 89.1%~95.4%.The coefficients of variation were 8.3%,9.9%,5.1%.The linear correlation were 0.986,0.993, 0.996,respectively. |
