吉林省不同产地人参总皂苷含量的比较

摘    要:比较吉林省不同产地人参中人参总皂苷的含量.采用香草醛-硫酸比色法测定,检测波长544nm.香草醛-硫酸比色法测定的线性范围为20~120μg,相关系数r=0.9994;平均加样回收率100.2%,RSD 0.78%(n=5).6个产地中临江人参总皂苷含量最高,抚松的略低.香草醛-硫酸法比色法测定人参总皂苷操作简便,精密度高,重现性和稳定性均较好,吉林省6个产地的人参中所含人参总皂苷均大于3%.

Abstract:The aim of this experiment was to compare the content of total ginsenoside in panax ginseng C.A.Mey.from different origins in jilin.Vanillin-H2SO4 colorimetric method was used to detect the content of total ginsenoside in panax ginseng C.A.Mey.and the detected wavelength was 544 nm.A good linear relationship was observed in the range of 20~120 μg(r=0.999 4),and the average recovery rate was 100.2% with a relative standard deviation of 0.78%(n=5).Among the six origins samples,the sample in linjiang had the highest content of total ginsenoside,and the sample from fusong was slightly lower than that in linjiang.Vanillin-H2SO4 colorimetric method used in this experiment was simple,precision,stability,and had good reproducibility.The contents of total ginsenoside were more than 3% in all the six samples.
