| 摘 要： | 以淫羊藿为试验材料,用30%乙醇作为溶剂,设时间、温度、溶剂量3个因素;以提取物干重、淫羊藿苷作为评价指标,对结果进行分析。比较出了影响结果的主要因素,优选出了最佳提取条件;同时,用HPLC法测定出了提取物中淫羊藿苷的含量。

| Abstract: | We used Epimedium brevicorum Maxim as material,30% alcohol solution as extraction solution and contrived time,temperature,volume of solution as three factors.The optimum extraction conditions were investinated by orthononal desinn with the weight of extract and Icariin as the content index.As the same time we determined the Icariin of extract by using HPLC. |
