HPLC-ELSD法测定人参茎、叶、根中7种人参皂苷含量

目的建立适合于人参茎、叶、根皂苷的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测方法（HPLC-ELSD）,同时测定人参茎、叶、根中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd的含量。方法HPLC-ELSD方法,色谱柱：SHIMADZUC185μm（4.6×250mm）,流动相：乙腈-水,梯度洗脱。漂移管温度70℃,载气流速350mi/min。结果人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd分别在0.462～6.48μg、0.678～4.068μg、0.627～6.144μg、0.247～5.48μg、0.378～6.068μg、0.227～6.844μg、0.561～6.88μg呈良好的线性关系。结论该法准确、重现性好,适于人参茎、叶、根皂苷的定量分析。

Determination of Seven Ginsenosides in Stems, Leaves and Root of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey by HPLC-ELSD

Aim establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of ginsenosides Rg1,Re,Rf,Rbl,Rc,and Rd in the stems,leaves and roots of Panax ginseng,simultaneous detect its content.Method HPLC-ELSD method,column：SHIMADZU C18 5μm（4.6×250mm）,mobile phase acetonitrile and water,gradient elution.drift tube temperature70℃,flow rate of carrier gas 350mi/min.Result：There was a good linear relationship among ginsenosides Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd in 0.462～6.48 μg,0.678～4.068 μg,0.627～6.144 μg,0.247～5.48 μg,0.378～6.068 μg,0.227～6.844 μg,0.561～6.88 μg respectively.Conclusion this method is accurate and good reproducibility suitable for the measurement of ginsenosides in the stems,leaves and roots of ginseng.
