摘    要:本文对CI—301PS光合测定系统的时间间隔和空气流速与净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(E)变异系数的关系进行回归分析,结果表明,CI—301PS光合测定系统测定Pn和E较理想的时间间隔为24.0~28.0S,空气流速为0.51~0.66LPM。综合分析建议测定甘蔗光合作用时采用0.60LPM的空气流速和25.0S的时间间隔。

Abstract:The regressive analysis was carried out to study the relationship of Time Gap(TG) and Air Flow(AF) to coefficients of variation in the net photosynthetic rate and the transpiration rate. The results indicated that TG from 24.0 to 28.0 S and AF from 0.51 to 0.66 LPM were appropriate for assaying photosynthesis and transpiration. It was suggested that TG at 25.0 S and AF at 0.60 LPM were best for assaying photosynthesis of sugarcane by comprehensive analysis.
