蓝光与远红光诱导甘蔗开花研究续报

摘    要:将难开花的果蔗(热带种)和甘蔗栽培品种置于12.25小时光照处理下,每天以蓝光和远红光于上午6:00-8:00和下午4:00-6:15,在光周期室作补助光照,以代替露天的阳光。1991年7月1日至12月20日进行此种处理,结果首次在地处亚热带的福建省漳州市(北纬24°30',东经117°39')诱导福建地方优良果蔗──同安果蔗以及甘蔗栽培品种(CP65-357、赣蔗65-542、闽糖81-235和粤糖65-906等分别于12月上中旬开花。1992年6月23日至1993年1月9日,又用此种方法,并经适当改进,进行处理,结果又诱导福建省另一优良地方果蔗品种──马鞍果蔗开花,同安果蔗也再次被诱导开花,福建省大面积的栽培品种闽糖70-611、闽糖703、闽糖76-2和闽糖81-335等首次被诱导开花。

Abstract:Non-flowering chewing cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) and sugarcane varieties were subjected to 12. 25-hours photoperiodic treatment supplemented with blue and far-red lights daily at 6:00 to 8:00 a. m. and 4:00 to 6: 15 p. m. separately to replace outdoor illumination for the floescent induction from July 1 to December 20, 1991. The fine Chwing cane in Fujian province, Tong-an chewing cane (Saccharum officinarum L. was inducted to bloom in the first time and the cultural varieties CP 65-357, Mingtang 81-235,Ganzhe 65-542 and Yuetang 65-906 were also inducted to bloom in Zhangzhou city, Fujian province (24°30'N, 117°39'E). This method was used again but appropriately modified, the second test was continued from June 23, 1992 to January 9 9,1993. The another fine chewing cane in Fujian province, Nan-an chewing cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) was inducted to bloom. Tong-an chewing cane was also inducted to bloom again. The cultural varieties of the large area in Fujian Province-Mingtang 70-611, Mingxuan 703, Mingtang 76-2 and Mingtang 81-335 were inducted to bloom first time.
