摘    要:建立了一种可同时测定异株荨麻(Urtica dioica L.)茎叶中绿原酸和黄酮类化合物的高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为钻石C18柱,流动相为甲醇和0.4%磷酸混合液(体积比为55/45),检测波长355 nm,柱温25℃,流速1.0 mL/min.结果表明,本法简便、快速、有效、准确、重现性好,可用于异株荨麻茎叶中绿原酸和黄酮类成分的定量分析.

Abstract:HPLC method was established for determination of chlorogenic acid and flavonoids in the sample of Urtica dioica L.The sample was separated by Diamonsil C18 at 25 ℃ with the mobile phase of methanol and 0.4% phosphate acid(V/V=55/45),and detected at 355 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.In a conclusion,the method is simple,effective,feasible and reproducible.It can be used to determine chlorogenic acid and flavonoids in U.dioica.
