| 摘 要： | 以一年生慈竹为材料,通过施用不同量的氮肥和钾肥,研究不同氮钾配比对慈竹木质素含量的调控效应.结果表明,在一年生的慈竹中,各部位木质素积累量呈现出下部＞中部＞上部的趋势.N肥和K肥均对木质素含量有明显的调控作用,不同处理的木质素含量均比未施肥处理低,其中尤以N200K200处理最为明显,其次是N200K50.

| Abstract: | The effects of the ratio of nitrogen and potassium on the lignin content in one-year-old Neosinocalamus afflnis were studied. The results showed that the amount of lignin accumulation in the bottom was highest, and in the upper was lowest. The effects of nitrogen and potassium on the amount of lignin accumulation were significant. The interaction of nitrogen and potassium on the amount of lignin accumulation was also significant. The lignin content of the different treatments was lower than that of the treatment without applying any fertilizer. Of them, the lignin content at N200K50 was lowest and the second one was at N20K50. |
