硒对油菜种子萌发和脂肪酶活性的影响研究

摘    要:选用对微量元素硒富集能力强的油菜为试材,设计不同浓度硒溶液浸泡油菜种子后催芽,观察种子萌发状况,检测各处理种子萌发前后脂肪酸含量的变化,结果表明:加硒处理均比对照能提高种子的发芽率和发芽势,促进胚芽的生长,且发芽率、脂肪酸含量都为15μg/ml>20μg/ml>25μg/ml>10μg/ml>5μg/ml。

Abstract:The present dissertation selects rape seed which accumulates selenium rich as experimental. designs different concentration selenium liquid to treat seeds after budding, then observes the condition of seed' s budding,analyzes the changes of fat acid content before and after treating seed budding. The results are as follows;The treatment of adding selenium can improve the state of seeds budding and it's budding rate and can promote the bud growth. The budding rate and fat acid content are as follow;
