超声-乙醇法提取血红铆钉菇子实体总黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验和正交试验优化了超声-乙醇法提取血红铆钉菇(Chroogomphus rutilus)子实体中总黄酮的工艺。结果表明,血红铆钉菇中总黄酮最佳提取条件为70%乙醇,料液比1∶30(m/V),超声时间30 min,最佳工艺条件下总黄酮提取率为5.91%。

Abstract:The extraction process of total flavonoid from Chroogomphus rutilus fruit bodies was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments using ultrasonic wave-ethanol. With rutin as reference substance,the total flavonoid content was deter-mined using aluminum nitrate colorimetric method. The optimal extraction conditions was ethanol concentration 70%,solid-liq-uid ratio 1:30 (m/V ) and the ultrasonic time 30 min. The extraction yield of total flavonoid was up to 5.91% under the opti-mum conditions.
