| 摘 要： | 以黑龙江省5个国家重点投资土地整理项目为研究对象,科学分析各项因素对土地整理的影响,合理选择土地整理综合效益评价指标,结合层次分析法确定评价指标体系及权重,构建综合评价模型,求取其土地整理中的经济、社会、生态、景观和综合效益值,进行综合效益评价及差异分析。

| Abstract: | The research is based on the key investment land arrangement project of five countries in Heilongjiang province,which analyzes the effect of various factors on the land consolidation scientifically and selects the evaluation index of comprehensive benefit for land consolidation rationally.Evaluation index system should be constructed and analytic hierarchy process should be used to determine the index weight,which calculating the land consolidation of economic and social ecology and comprehensive benefit of value,evaluating the comprehensive benefit for the land consolidation of Heilongjiang province. |
