甲砜霉素可溶性粉对人工感染鸡大肠杆菌病的药效学研究

摘    要:用试管肉汤两倍稀释法测得甲砜霉素及氧氟沙星对鸡大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的最小抑菌浓度分别为2.0和0.1μg/mL。按25、50和75 mg/L的甲砜霉素及10 mg/kg的氧氟沙星分别给试验性鸡大肠杆菌病患鸡内服,甲砜霉素采用全天自由饮水,氧氟沙星每天分2次内服,共用药4 d。结果药物对鸡大肠杆菌病的治愈率分别为83.3%、96.7%、100%和93.3%,而感染对照组鸡的死亡率为70.0%。甲砜霉素和氧氟沙星组的增重效果极显著高于感染对照组(P<0.01)。结果表明,甲砜霉素中、高剂量组对鸡大肠杆菌病有较好疗效。用5倍中剂量甲砜霉素作安全试验与健康对照组鸡相比未见不良反应,表明用甲砜霉素可溶性粉给鸡混饮治疗鸡大肠杆菌病安全有效。

Abstract:By tube double dilution method,it was tested that the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of thiamphenicol or ofloxacin on Escherichia coli was 2.0 μg/mL or 0.1 μg/mL,respectively.The E.coli effected chicken were taken orally with thiamphenicol at level of 25,50,75 mg/L,and ofloxacin at level of 10mg/kg,respectively.The thiamphenicol treat groups drank water freely and ofloxacin drank water twice a day,continued 4 days.The results showed that the cure rates were 83.3%,96.7%,100% by 25,50 or 75 mg/L thiamphenicol respectively and 93.3% by ofloxacin,the mortality of infected control group was 70.0%.The weight rise in thiamphenicol and ofloxacin treat group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).It indicated that the middle and high dose of thiamphenicol had good curative effect.Compared with healthy group chicken,it was not found any badness phenomenon in five times middle dose of thiamphenicol group chicken,so treatment of E.coli infected chicken with thiamphenicol was safety.
