人参皂苷抗鸡新城疫病毒的试验研究

为探讨人参皂苷抗鸡新城疫病毒的作用机理,试验用鸡新城疫病毒人工感染雏鸡,采取人参皂苷口服,观察试验鸡只的临床症状及体重变化,测定血清抗体效价的变化情况。结果表明,人参皂苷组可以明显推迟人工感染鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)雏鸡的发病日龄,缩短病鸡的发病过程。试验鸡饲喂人参皂苷后可明显降低发病率和死亡率并促进抗体的产生。说明人参皂苷可以降低病毒对组织的损害程度,增强雏鸡对新城疫病毒的抵抗力。

Experimental Study on Ginsenoside against Newcastle Disease Virus

To investigate the in vivo anti-virus mechanism of ginsenoside,the chickens artificially infected with Newcastle disease virus were taken ginsenoside orally,and then its clinical symptoms and the variation of body weight and serum antibody titer were observed and tested.The results showed that the onset day of the infected chickens in ginsenoside group was significantly delayed and the pathologic process was shortened.After the chicken feed with ginsenosides,it could be observed that the morbidity and mortality were significantly reduced.It showed that ginsenoside could promote antibody production.It indicated that ginsenosides could reduce the damage of virus to organization,enhance the resistance of chickens to the virus.
