| 摘 要： | 研究了不同氮肥用量、氮肥种类及施肥方法对粳稻直链淀粉含量和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,氮肥施用量对粳稻中蛋白质含量的影响呈强正相关,对直链淀粉含量无显著影响。使用有机肥和降低氮肥施用量有利于降低粳稻中蛋白质的含量,提高粳稻的食味品质。

Effect of Fertilizing on the Taste Quality of Japonica Rice |

| Abstract: | The factors including different content of nitrogenous fertilizer used- varieties of nitrogenous fertilizer and methods of fertilizing that influence the content of amylose and protein are studied. The research indicates that the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer used positively correlate with the content of protein in rice- but the effect on the content of amylose is very weak. Using the organic fertilizer and reducing nitrogenous fertilizer is beneficial to lower the content of protein in rice and increase its taste quality. |
