不同覆盖条件下旱稻土壤微生物区系及酶活性研究

摘    要:对不同覆盖条件下旱稻试验地土壤微生物区系及酶活性的研究结果表明,不同覆盖条件为微生物提供了特殊的土壤生态环境,使土壤物理性状发生了一定变化。在旱稻生育期,秸秆覆盖和地膜覆盖比不覆盖土壤中好气性细菌、真菌等8种微生物数量以及微生物总数有明显增加;秸秆覆盖和地膜覆盖比不覆盖土壤中蔗糖酶、蛋白酶等5种土壤酶活性有明显增强。在所有覆盖条件下,秸秆覆盖的效果较好。
