5个葡萄品种套袋效果比较

对研选5号、早紫、矢富罗莎、9307和高妻5个葡萄(Vitis)品种分别用专用袋、报纸袋进行了套袋试验。结果表明:套专用袋后,对高妻果实,显著增加了单穗重和单粒重、减小了果形指数、提高了可溶性固形物含量、降低了含酸量,极显著提高了糖酸比;而对其它品种各指标没有显著影响。说明套专用袋能够提高高妻果实品质,套专用袋和报纸袋对改善其他4个品种的果实品质基本无效。

Effect of Cluster Bagging on Berry Quality of Five Grape Cultivars

The experiment of different cultivar cluster bagging with different kind fruit bags was done in 5 grape(Vitis) cultivars.The results showed that after bagging with fruit special purpose bag,single fruit weight,single cluster weight,fruit total soluble solid content and sugar/acid ratio of Gaoqi were increased markedly or extremely markedly,but fruit shape indexes and acid content of Gaoqi decreased,the former markedly,the latter extremely markedly;all indexes of other cultivars did not change.Among test cultivars,effect of bagging with special purpose fruit bag on fruit quality of Gaoqi was best;fruit quality of the other cultivars were almost influenced after bagging with all fruit bags.
