| 摘 要： | 本文报道了金花茶胚和子叶离体培养技术,探讨了胚离体培养取材的时间以及子叶离体培养的适当培养基、丛生苗和假珠芽的形成等,为克服金花茶杂交育种中常规播种繁殖困难和快速繁殖金花茶,开辟了新的途径。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the technique of embryo culture and cotyledon culture in vitro of Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama. Problems con cerning time of taking out immature embryos from the young seeds, appropriate medium for cotyledon culture, and the formation process of new plants and pscudobulbils are discussed. These results will be very helpful in overcoming difficulties to be met in propagating hybrid seeds by means of routine seeding methods. |
