On Co-Constructing and Sharing of University Library and Department Reference Rooms

Through pondering the relationship between university library and department reference rooms,the paper has analyzed the necessity of resource sharing in universities.Under current network environment,it is essential to change current situation,make full use of the campus website,integrate the management of libraries and reference rooms,unify management,and establish a co-construction and sharing of campus bibliographic resources with library as its center.
