乳饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的高效液相色谱法测定

摘    要:本文建立了乳饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的高效液相色谱测定方法,该方法样品前处理简单、快速,适合于批量样品测定。方法回收率分别为苯甲酸97.8%、山梨酸98.1%、糖精钠98.7%,变异系数分别为苯甲酸2.2%、山梨酸1.9%、糖精钠1.4%。

Abstract:The benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharine in milk beverage were determined with high performance liquidchromatography.This method is simple in pre-treating samples, and is fast which is suitable to test the samples in batches. The recovery rates of benzoic acid ,sorbic acid and sodium saccharine were 97.8%,98.1% and 98.7% respectively, the variation coefficients of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium sacchrine were 2.2%,1.9%and 1.4%respectively.
