| Abstract: | The construction of base level Party organizations is the foundation of all the work and fighting capacity of the Party.It is the battle fortress in the implementation of the Party’s line,principle,policy,and all kinds of tasks.Based on the problems existing in the construction of basic level party organizations of colleges,especially in team building,forms of organizations,contents of activities,continuing education of Party members,and procedural cultivation,this paper indicates how to innovate the ways and contents in organizing Party activities,and simultaneously,proposes the adherence to institutions,and the improvement of the content diversity and the effectiveness of activities in the base level Party organizations. |
