高校学生公寓环境对大学生行为习惯养成的影响因素分析

学生公寓是大学生在校期间学习、生活的重要场所,对学生行为习惯的培养起着潜移默化的作用。本文结合高校公寓管理的实际状况,从公寓物质环境、人文环境、管理者行为、隐性学生团体行为等角度分析研究了高校公寓环境对大学生行为习惯养成的影响因素,并提出了要从公寓基础设施建设、人文环境建设、公寓制度建设和引导隐性学生团体行为等方面促进学生良好生活习惯的养成。

Factor analysis on college students' behavior and habits under lodging environmental

Students′ apartment is an important place for study and activity.It has an imperceptibly important influence on students′ daily behavior.This paper is based on the actual conditions of the apartments management and researches the factors on students behavior′s developing from the physical environment and humane environment,apartment and managers behavior,recessive behavior of student groups.At the same time,it proposes that students should be promoted to develop good habits by infrastructure construction,human and environmental construction system to guide the recessive behavior of student groups.
