| 摘 要： | 当前,我国高校陆续开设了内容丰富、形式多样的职业生涯规划与就业指导的系统课程。首先通过调查问卷了解高校职业生涯规划教育的现状,总结高校职业生涯教育中存在的典型问题,通过论述开放式教学模式的内涵和特征,提出开放式教学模式在高校职业生涯规划教育中应用的必要性与可行性。

| Abstract: | At present,higher educational institutes widely started career planning courses.The purposes of this study are： first,through the survey,interview and questionnaire to know the current situation of college students＇ career planning to summarize the existing problems;secondly,through the discussion of content and the features about open teaching;finally to get the result of the necessity and practicability that career planning with open teaching was used in higher educational institutes. |
