大学生自我管理能力培养研究

自我管理是当代大学生必备的素质，也是我国高教体制改革的必然要求。在对自我管理内涵界定的基础上，认为加强大学生自我管理能力的培养是大学生适应社会形势发展、开发自身潜能、提高自身综合素质的需要，对提高大学生管理的层次与水平十分必要。高校学生管理要通过更新观念，创设大学生自我管理的环境，建立健全大学生自我管理的机构体系，进行大学生自我管理指导等途径培养大学生独立自主地生活、学习和参与社会活动的能力，使其成为现代社会需要的高层次人才。

The research on the ability development of the self-management of the university students

The self-management is an essential character of contemporary university students,and it is also inevitable request from higher education system reform.This paper suggsts that strengthening the ability development of the self-management of the university students is the demand of the university students' adaptation to the social development,the development potential,the exaltation of oneself to synthesize the character.It is also necessary towards raising the layers and levels for the management of university students.The need change ideas,establish the environments self-management of the university students,build up the organization system,carry on the guides ance,develop the ability of the independently living,study and participate the social activity,make them become high talented persons for modern society.
