不同光照强度对仙客来生长及叶解剖的影响

摘    要:不同光照强度下仙客来生长状况及叶解剖表现出明显差异。在遮光度66%黑网下,日平均照度1.5万lx栽培的仙客来生长最好。随光照强度的增加,叶数减少,叶面积缩小,生长受到抑制,叶片栅栏组织细胞层数增加,栅栏细胞排列更加紧密。随着光照强度减弱,叶面积增大,株高增加,但叶数减少,株形松散呈徒长状态,叶片栅栏组织细胞层数减少,与海绵组织之间界限不清晰。过强的光照对仙客来苗期生长也会造成抑制,使成苗比例减少,苗的生长减慢。

Effect of Different Light Intensity to Growth and Leaf Dissect Structure of Cyclamen
Abstract:Under different light intesity, Cyclamen's growing state and leaf dissect structure show distinct difference. Cyclamen grows best when the average light intensity per day is 15 000 lx under black web which the light cover degree is 66%.As the light intensity increases, changes occur as follow: leaf number reduced, leaf area shrinked, individual plant's growth inhibited, the railing tissue's cell layers raised and cell arranges more tightly. As the light intensity reduces, changes as follow: leaf area added, the height of individual plant raised, leaf number reduced, the plant is loosed and grows in vain, the railing tissue's cell layer reduced and the boundary line between railings and sponge tissue is unclear. The undue light intensity also inhibits the growth of cyclamen's seedling, and makes proportion of finished seedling reduce and seedling grow slowly.
