云南松林下干巴菌生长土壤有效态微量元素特征及其影响因素

摘    要:干巴菌是云南松林下最常见的菌根食用菌,能够促进云南松生长。对干巴菌进行菌根合成的研究具有重要意义。以云南松林下干巴菌生长土壤为研究对象,通过野外调查、室内分析,对干巴菌生长土壤的有效态微量元素质量分数进行测定分析,探讨影响有效态微量元素质量分数的因素。结果显示:干巴菌表层生长土壤(0i)、内梅罗综合指数(Pz)均显著高于在土壤深度为10 cmi、Pz。当土壤深度为0-1,均高于临界值;有效锌、有效锰、有效铜、有效铁、有效硼的P i平均值分别为12.20、3.23、4.68、23.85、2.29,均大于1;5种有效态微量元素的Pz为23.34。相关性分析表明,有效态微量元素质量分数与pH值不相关,与土壤有机质呈正相关。说明土壤中有效态微量元素质量分数较高的原因源于土壤中含有较为丰富的有机质。各有效态微量元素间也呈极显著相关,表明这5种元素存在着共生的关系。研究确定了适宜干巴菌生长的土壤环境中有效态微量元素质量分数,为研究干巴菌完成“菌根合成”所需土壤环境提供了参考。

Abstract:Thelephora ganbajun,as one of the most common mycorrhizal edible fungi under Pinus yunnanensisforest,is of great economic value and can promote the growth of P.yunnanensis.The available microelement characteristics of the soil for the growth of T.ganbajunwere determined and analyzed by the field investigation and indoor analysis.The factors influencing the contents of available microelements were discussed.The contents of available microelements,the single factor availability index(Pi)and the total availability index in the surface soil(0-10 cm)were significantly higher than those in the other two soil depths(10-20 and 20-30 cm).The contents of available Fe,available Mn,available Zn,available Cu and available B were 107.32,22.62,6.10,0.94 and 0.57 mg·kg-1,respectively,which were higher than the critical value.The single factor availability index(Pi)of available Fe,available Mn,available Zn,available Cu and available B were 12.20,3.23,4.68,23.85,2.29 and 23.34,respectively,which were all greater than 1.The comprehensive availability index(p-score)of soil trace elements is 23.34.On this basis,the comprehensive availability index of these 5 soil microelement characteristics is 23.34.By correlation analysis,the contents of available trace elements were not related to pH value,but increased with the increase of organic matter content,indicating thatthe reason for the high content of available microelements in soil might be due to the enrichment of organic matter in soil.And the relationship between effective available trace elementswas also significantly positive,indicating that there was a symbiotic relationship among the five elements.This study determines the contents of available microelements in the soil suitable for the growth of T.ganbajun,which can provide a reference for studingthe soil environment in mycorrhizal synthesis.
