| 摘 要： | 采用室内分析与野外调查相结合的方法，对红松纯林与混交林中红松主枝芽的激素含量进行了测定与比较，并对其与红松分杈的关系进行了一定的分析。结果表明，无论是在红松纯林还是混交林内，在不同时期，红松分杈与主枝顶芽、副芽的内源物质含量水平具有一定的关系。纯林中，红松林龄小于１０ａ，其主枝顶芽ＩＡＡ含量低于副芽的ＩＡＡ含量；而林龄大于１０ａ则相反。混交林中，未分杈主枝在各年龄阶段顶芽的ＩＡＡ含量均低于副芽的Ｉ |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the phytohormone content in the buds of long shoot of Pinus koraiensis was determined and its relationship with the forking of Pinus koraiensis was also analysed. The result shows that the forking of Pinus koraiensis is related to the phytohormone content in the terminal buds and auxillary buds of long shoots. In the pure plantation, the IAA content in the terminal buds is lower than that in the auxillary buds under ten years, but in the mixed stand the IAA content in the terminal buds keeps lower all the years. The ABA content in the terminal buds is lower than that in the auxillary buds under thirty years in the pure plantation, but this kind of relationship keeps longer in the mixed stand. The content of iPA and GA in the terminal buds is higher than that in the auxillary buds both in the pure plantation and in the mixed stand only when it's young. |
