C45细石混凝土力学性能的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究钢筋混凝土异形柱框架在8度地震区的受力变形性能,通过对C45细石混凝土27块立方体抗压强度试块、15块棱柱体抗压强度试块、6块弹性模量试块以及2块应力-应变全曲线试块的试验,分析了立方体强度、棱柱体抗压强度的分布规律,探讨了它们之间的关系;研究了弹性模量与混凝土强度之间的关系和混凝土的应力-应变关系;得出了以下结论:C45细石混凝土的棱柱体抗压强度与立方体抗压强度的比值为0.68;与混凝土结构设计规范(GB 50010-2002)的理论计算值相比,其弹性模量试验值较大,而应力-应变关系曲线的峰值点应变以及极限压应变较小。最后,提出了C45细石混凝土弹性模量和简化三直线混凝土应力-应变关系曲线的计算公式。

Abstract:In order to study the behaviour of R.C.frame with special shape columns,on basis of experimental results of 27 samples for cubic strength,15 samples for axial compressive strength,6 samples for modulus of elasticity and 2 samples for concrete stress-stain relationship,the strength distribution of C45 fine aggregate concrete was analyzed.The relationship between cubic strength and prism compressive strength was discussed.The concrete stress-strain relationship curve and modulus of elasticity of C45 fine aggregate concrete were studied.The following conclusions were reached: the ratio of prism compressive strength to cubic compressive strength of C45 fine aggregate concrete is 0.68.Compared with theory value derived from Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010-2002),the modulus of elasticity of the concrete is greater;and the strains of both peak and ultimate compressive of the stress-stain relationship curves is smaller.Finally,the formulation of both modulus of elasticity and simplified stress-stain relationship curve on C45 fine aggregate concrete were proposed.
