套袋对日光温室硬肉番茄果实生长和品质的影响

以‘Harvest’硬肉番茄为试材,研究了4种材质果袋内微环境的变化以及对硬肉番茄果实生长发育、商品品质和病害的影响。结果表明:不同材质的袋内相对湿度和温度均比对照有不同程度的提高,袋内光照强度较对照显著减弱;白膜袋和白纸贴膜袋处理的果实果径增长率、单果重有显著增加;果实固形物含量、果实硬度均无显著变化;套袋促进了番茄果实的提早成熟,着色级数提高,果实表面光洁无污垢。综合比较,白纸贴膜袋处理的果实综合评价指数高于其他3种材质的果袋,在番茄果径为2~3 cm时套袋最为适宜,果实生长发育最快。

Effect of bagging on growth and quality of crisp tomato in greenhouse
