摘    要:以红富士苹果(Malus domestica Borkh.cv. Red Fuji)为试材,进行了3种纸袋的套袋处理,以不套袋果实为对照,测定果实中的水溶性钙、果胶钙和草酸钙的含量,研究不同纸袋对果实不同组分钙素含量的影响。结果表明:不同纸袋处理对钙组分含量的影响程度不同。套袋处理明显降低了果实的水溶性钙含量,"彤乐"袋较对照、"小林"袋和"前卫"袋提高了果实的果胶钙含量,而"小林"袋草酸钙含量较"彤乐"袋、"前卫"袋以及对照果实有所降低。不同纸袋果实水溶性钙与可溶性固形物、可滴定酸及Vc含量显著相关。
