| 摘 要： | 从健康肉鸡和蛋鸡分离到大肠杆菌180株，已鉴定的血清型为01，O2，O7，O8，O36，O78，O111，其中O2，O78为致病性大肠杆菌所常见的血清型；从大肠杆菌病病鸡分离到70株，已鉴定的血清型有O2，O78，O36。用9种抗生素进行了药敏试验。结果表明：绝大多数菌株对庆大霉素、痢特灵和卡那霉素有较高敏感性；一些菌株对氯霉素、链霉素和环丙沙星也有较高的敏感性；部分菌株对四环素和新诺明有耐药性。

| Abstract: | strains of E.coli were isolated from health meat chickens and healthy egg chickens.O 1,O 2,O 7,O 8,O 36 ,O 78 and O 111 serogroups had been identicated in the strains and others could not be sertyped.O 2,O 78 were the pathogenicity serogroups.70 strains of E.coli were obtained from the infected chickens.O 2,O 78 ,O 36 serogroups had been identified in the strains and others could not be sertyped. Medicines susceptibility experiment of isolated germs strains was engaged with 9 antibiotics.Many strains have high susceptibility for gentamicin,furazolidone and kanamycin.Some strains have also higher susceptibility for chloromycetin,streptomycin and cinrofloxacin.Many strains have resistance to the action of tetracycline and sinomin. |
