棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae K1eb.)的寄主种类鉴定

摘    要:1982—1985年对棉花黄萎病菌 Verticillium dahliae 在8科31种栽培植物及31科87种杂草中的寄主范围进行了鉴定试验。查明在31种栽培植物中5种高度感病,8种表现中度或轻微症状,此13种为寄主。水稻未表现症状但分离到病原菌,回接棉花具有致病力。31种中非寄主12种,还有5种须重复鉴定。在87种杂草中,肯定的寄主48种,可疑寄主6种,无症状带菌体5种,非寄主23种,其余5种未定。本项研究首次查明禾本科植物水稻及野燕麦为Verticillium dahliae 的无症状带菌体。

Abstract:During the years 1982-1985,31 cultivated plants and 87 weeds belong- ing to 31 families were identified for host range of Verticillium dahliae by means of inoculation. Five species of the cultivated plants were highly susceptible to this pathogen,and 8 species exhibited symptoms moderately or lightly.These 13 cultivated plants were undoubtedly hosts for V.dahliae.The rice seedlings failed to exhibit any symptoms,but from it,V.dahliae possessing pathoge- nicity for cotton could be isolated.12 of the cultivated plants were not the hosts of V.dahliae and the remaining five ned to be further identified. Of the 87 species of weed,48 were identified to be the hosts for V.dahliae,6 were dubious or probable hosts;5 were pathogen carriers without symptoms,23 of the weeds were not the hosts,and the remaining 5 were undecided. All in all,the present invetigation revealed that paddy and Avena fatus, both belonging to Graminiaceae,were symptomless Carries.It also showed clearly that the pathogen V.dahliae had a wide range of hosts.And hence, the control of weeds should not be neglected.
