摘    要:2004~2005年在甘肃省定西市唐家堡进行了双孢菇的高效节水试验,通过对双孢菇的生长及产量的分析研究表明:随着供水量的增加,双孢蘑菇的菇高、菇盖直径、菇盖厚度、柄直径、菌丝的长势、菌丝的干重等发生着不同的变化.当供水量为400 mL/(m2.次)时,双孢蘑菇的生长量与各经济性状均达到最大值,水分利用效率最大,为0.040kg/(mm.m2),水转化效益亦最佳,约为596.28元/t.当供水量为600 mL/(m2.次)时,双孢蘑菇的生长量与各经济性状均最小,水分利用效率亦最小,为0.020 kg/(mm.m2),水转化效益约为333.52元/t.

Abstract:A high efficiency irrigation experiment was conducted on Agaricus bisporus(lange)Sing in Dingxi City of Gansu Province from 2004 to 2005.Both of the growth and the yield of mushroom were studied.The results indicated that the height,diameter,overlay thickness,handle diameter,and mycelial growth vigou,and mycelial dry weight of mushroom changed with increase of supply water amount.The yield and all economic properties reached the maximum,when the supply water amount was 400 mL/m~2.The highest water using efficiency and water transforming benefit was 0.040 kg/(mm·m~(2)) and 596.28 yuan/t respectively.The growth yield and all economic properties reached the minimum,when the supply water amount was 600 mL/m~2.The lowest water using efficiency and water transforming benefit was 0.020(kg/(mm·m~(2))) and 333.52 yuan/t respectively.
