锗-132对奶牛抗氧化系统功能的影响

摘    要:为了探讨锗 132对奶牛抗氧化系统功能的影响,选用25头奶牛,随机分组,进行3个月的实验,每组5头,共5组:Ⅰ组为对照组;Ⅱ组加锗 132;Ⅲ组加锗 132、硒;Ⅳ组加锗 132、硒、锌;Ⅴ组加锗 132、硒、锌、铜。定期采集血样,测定血清中GSH Px、CuZn SOD的活性、MDA的含量以及日粮和全血中的Ge、Se、Cu、Zn的含量。实验结果表明:加锗组血清GSH Px、CuZn SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<001),血清MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<001)。全血锗含量与血清GSH Px、CuZn SOD和均呈显著正相关与血清MDA含量呈显著负相关。证实锗 132在奶牛体内具有抗氧化、清除自由基的作用;Ⅲ组血清GSH Px活性高于Ⅱ组,且全血锗与硒含量呈明显正相关(γ=01917)。表明硒、锗在奶牛体内抗氧化作用方面有一定的协同作用。

Abstract:Effects of β carboxyelgermanium sesquioxide (Ge 132) on the function of antioxidant system of dairy cattle and the relationship between antioxidant elements Ge and Se, Cu, Zn were studied with 25 dairy cattle fed on the same basal diets during three months experiment. The cattle were randomly divided into 5 groups, 5 for each. Group Ⅰ were used as control. Different elements were added into the diets for the following experimental groups, such as group Ⅱ Ge 132, group Ⅲ Ge 132 and Se, Group Ⅳ Ge 132, Se and Zn, Group Ⅴ Ge 132, Se, Zn and Cu. Blood samples were collected at regular intervals to examine the activities of serum GSH Px, CuZn SOD, the contents of serum MDA, blood Ge, Se, Zn, Cu, and the routine blood indexs as well. The experimental results showed as follows, the activities of serum GSH Px and CuZn SOD in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ were significantly higher than that in groupⅠ( P <0.01), and the contents of serum MDA in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ were significantly lower than that in groupⅠ( P <0.01), There were significantly positive correlation between the contents of blood Ge and the activities of serum GSH Px, CuZn SOD ( r =0.4997 and r =0.2502 respectively), but negative correlation between the contents of blood Ge and serum MDA levels ( r = 0.2996) in relative analysis, which indicates that Ge 132 performs the functions of antioxidation and scavenging free radicals. The activities of serum GSH Px in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ, and there were significantly positive correlation between the contents of blood Ge and Se ( r =0.1071) which indicates that Se and Ge perform lhe synergic faction of antioxidation in dairy cattle.
