中华鳖脾脏白髓的组织结构与组织化学特性

摘    要:利用光镜、透射电镜和组织化学反应对中华鳖脾脏白髓的结构和组化特性进行了较为详细的探讨。结果表明:白髓不规则地散布于脾脏红髓之间,由椭球周围淋巴鞘(PELS)和动脉周围淋巴鞘(PALS)两部分组成,小淋巴细胞为主要细胞成分,PELS约占90%,且其横切面较大,淋巴细胞排列密集,ANAE阳性淋巴细胞占优势,以椭球为中心,有一圈辐射状排列的长椭圆形特殊细胞和有小分支的网状纤维束,该特殊细胞嗜伊红,ANAE强阳性,AKP阴性,椭球壁上或内皮细胞之间可见淋巴细胞穿越,椭球壁AKP阳性。PALS较薄,淋巴细胞的排列亦松散,其中嗜派若宁细胞含量较多。动脉管壁AKP阴性。PELS周围有边缘区环绕,而PALS周围缺乏边缘区。未见淋巴小结.白髓的浆细胞有两种:一种细胞为粗面内质网呈板层状相迭排列,另一种细胞为大小不一的囊泡状。

Abstract:Microstructure, ultrastrueture and histochemistry of the white pulp in the spleen of Trionyx sinensis were studied using light and electron microscopy and histochemistry reaction. The results showed that white pulps which comprise PELS and PALS were scattered irregularly among red pulps. Accounting for about 90 per cent of the whole white pulp, PELS was thick and its lymphocytes were accumulated densely. In PELS. ANAE positive lymphocytes occupied a dominant position. Arround the ellipsoid, the reticular fibers and special cells were arranged radiantly. These special cells were strongly ANAE positive, but AKP negative. In the wall of the ellipsoid or between the endothelium cells some ANAE positive lymphocytes were seen. PALS was thinner and the arrangement of its lymphocytes was loose. There were more pyroninophilic cells in PALS. The marginal zone located arround PELS but not PALS. The lymph nodule did not appear in the white pulp. There were two types of plasma cells in the white pulp. One was filled up with flat rER arranged parrelly, the other with dilated rER varying sized.
