| 摘 要： | 用全收粪法测定陇东小尾寒羊对麦秸及ＥＭ处理麦秸的采食量和各种营养物质的消化率。测得小尾寒羊对麦秸干物质的采食量为６５０±５７ｇ／只（ｄ；采食率为８５０９±６２６％。对各种营养物质的消化率分别为：绝干物质４７７±２４３％；粗蛋白－３３±８９３％；粗脂肪５３３８±２３０％；粗纤维４７０８±２０９％；无氮浸出物５５４６±２３０％。对ＥＭ处理麦秸的采食量６５８５±４９ｇ／只（ｄ；采食率为７９３±５４７％。消化率分别为：绝干物质５６４３％；粗蛋白４２６３±８５６％；粗脂肪６２９５±７３５％；粗纤维５１４３±５１６％；无氮浸出物６３４６±４７６％。

| Abstract: | The intake and digestibility of wheat straw and EM treated wheat straw on Xiao Wei Han sheep were determined in Qingyang with total collection method. The results indicated that the intake of dry matter of wheat straw was 650±57 g / head.d, and the intake rate was 85.09±6 26 %. The digestibility of different nutrients in wheat straw were 47 7±2 43 % for dry matter, -3 3±8 93 % for crude protein, 53 38±2 30 % for crude fat, 47 08±2 09 % for crude fibre and 55 46±2 30 % for nitrogen-free extract, respectively. Meanwhile, the intake of dry matter of EM treated wheat straw was 658 5±49 g / head· d, and the intake rate was 79 3±5 47 %. The digestibility of different nutrients in EM treated straw were 56 43 % for dry matter, 42 63±8 56 % for crude protein, 62 95±7 35 % for crude fat, 51 43±5 16 % for crude fibre and 63 46±4 75 % for nitrogen-free extract, respectively. |
