摘    要:测定了不同产地延胡索药材中8种生物碱(原阿片碱、盐酸巴马汀、脱氢紫堇碱、海罂粟碱、四氢小檗碱、盐酸小檗碱、延胡索甲素、延胡索乙素)的含量,分析8种生物碱含量与不同气候因子之间的相关性,以期为延胡索种植基地的选择提供指导。采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地延胡索中的8种生物碱含量,从中国气象数据网申请获取样品产地的气候信息,利用SPSS 22.0软件对相关数据进行Spearman相关分析。结果:低气温、低降水量、短日照时间及高海拔环境更适宜延胡索药材中生物碱的合成与积累。表明:陕西地区的气候环境更适宜延胡索药材生长,有利于生物碱成分的积累。

Abstract:To determine the contents of 8 alkaloids (protopine, palmatine chloride, dehydrocorydaline, glaucine, tetrahydroberberine, berberine, (+)-corydaline, and tetrahydropalmatine) in Corydalis Rhizoma from different origins and analyze the correlation between the contents of eight alkaloids and different climate factors, so as to provide guidance for the selection of Corydalis Rhizoma planting base. High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the contents of 8 alkaloids in Corydalis Rhizoma from different origins. The climate information of the samples was obtained from the China Meteorological Data Network, and the relevant data were analyzed by Spearman with SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed that the low temperature, low precipitation, short sunshine time, and high altitude environment were more suitable for the synthesis and accumulation of alkaloids in Corydalis Rhizoma. So the climatic environment in Shaanxi is more suitable for the growth of Corydalis Rhizoma, and is conducive to the accumulation of alkaloids.
