摘    要:【目的】探讨不同金属离子对颗粒污泥形成及去除氮磷的影响。【方法】采用摇床震荡法,以污水处理厂氧化沟中新鲜污泥为接种污泥,通过添加10mg/L同浓度的Zn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+3种金属离子诱导好氧颗粒污泥形成,研究其形态特征、MLSS、SVI变化、N素、P素及TOC的处理效果。【结果】结果表明,金属离子诱导的好氧颗粒污泥粒径较大均在0.5~1.5mm之间、结构紧密,具有清晰的边界。添加了Zn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+的污泥实现完全颗粒化时间分别是32d、32d、28d。后期处理中,Zn2+、Mg2+诱导形成的颗粒污泥NH4+-N去除率在70%左右,而Ca2+诱导的颗粒污泥去除率仅有32%。Zn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+诱导的颗粒污泥TP去除率分别为66.18%、64.95%、45.93%,PO43--P去除率是59.41%、55.84%、41.55%。TOC处理效果明显,在85%~92%之间,其中Zn2+诱导的TOC去除率达91.85%。【结论】添加适量金属元素促进颗粒污泥的形成,且Ca2+的添加更有利于活性污泥颗粒化进程时间的缩短;而Zn2+、Mg2+的添加有助于提高颗粒污泥NH4+-N、PO43--P、TP、TOC的降解效率。

Abstract:【Objective】 Our aim is to explore effects of different heavy metals on formation of aerobic granular sludge and removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.【Method】 Concentration table was used and activated sludge from Hefei Wangtang Plant were cultivated with Zn2+,Mg2+ and Ca2+ of of 10 mg/L,respectively.Effect of three heavy metals on the dynamics of granules configuration,MLSS,SVI and the removal of nitrogen,phosphorus and TOC were analyzed.【Results】 The results showed that heavy metals were favorable for formation of granular sludge and particle size mainly distributed from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm.The days of complete granulation with Zn2+,Mg2+ and Ca2+ augmentation were 32 d,32 d and 28 d,respectively.During the late period of treatment,Mature granules with Zn2+ and Mg2+ augmentation had a higher removal efficiency of NH4+-N(approximately 70%) compared with 32% under Ca2+.The removal efficiency of TP with Zn2+,Mg2+ and Ca2+ augmentation were 66.18%,64.95% and 45.93%,respectively.Also,The removal efficiencies of PO43——P with Zn2+,Mg2+ and Ca2+ augmentation were 59.41%,55.84% and 41.55%,respectively.The removal efficiency of TOC ranged from 85% to 92%,with highest in Zn2+ augmentation(91.85%).【Conclusion】 The results indicated that sludge with Ca2+ had a faster granulation process compared with Zn2+ and Mg2+,while mature granules with Zn2+ and Mg2+ had a faster substrate biodegradation.
