摘    要:在甘蔗分蘖初期,分别对桶栽甘蔗ROC 22和ROC 10叶面喷施0mg/L、100mg/L、200mg/L、400mg/L乙烯利,以探讨乙烯利对两个甘蔗品种分蘖及根系性状的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下和复水后,乙烯利处理都促进甘蔗分蘖芽的发生;促进ROC 22根系和株高的生长,而ROC 10用乙烯利处理的则不及清水处理的好;促进甘蔗生物量的增加,可以缓解干旱胁迫对甘蔗茎基部茎径生长的抑制程度。

Abstract:Two sugarcane varieties,i.e.ROC22 and ROC10,were employed as the plant materials in the pod experiment.Four concentrations of ethephon,i.e.0mg/L,100mg/L,200mg/L and 400mg/L,were sprayed on the leaves at tillering stage to study the effects of different ethephon treatments on tillering and other agronomic characters in sugarcane under water-stress.The results showed that under water-stress and after water-return,ethephon treatments could increase tillering-buds generating and the growth of root and plant hei...
