阐述了广州市蔬菜产业化的基本模式及主要绩效,提出进一步发展广州市蔬菜产业化应加大蔬菜优良品种的培育与引进力度,从源头上保证蔬菜产品的产量和质量;严格按照无公害蔬菜生产技术规程生产无公害蔬菜,确保蔬菜产品的质量;进一步拓宽蔬菜销售渠道,促进蔬菜流通;开展蔬菜深加工研究,提高蔬菜的深加工水平等建议,以保证广州市蔬菜产业的健康可持续发展。

Basic models and performances on industrialization of vegetable production in Guangzhou City

The basic models and main performances of the industrialization of vegetable production were expatiated.Some suggestions were put forward to ensure the healthy sustainable development of industrialization of vegetable in Guangzhou.These suggestions are as follows: major efforts should be devoted for the cultivation and introduction of fine varieties,the yields and quality of vegetable should be ensured in original farms;the pollution-free technical norms of production should be strictly applied to produce pollution-free vegetable,circulation channels of vegetable should be promoted,and research on vegetable deep-processing should be developed.
